Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across the Illawarra region with a flat local shipping rate of $4.95 per order. All muffins are freshly baked, vacuum sealed, and delivered chilled to maintain freshness during transit.

Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days before dispatch. Once your order is on the way, delivery times may vary depending on your location within the Illawarra region, but most orders arrive within 1 business day after dispatch. At the moment our delivery day is Thursday afternoon.

To ensure the best quality, we recommend placing your muffins in freezer as soon as they arrive. Muffins can be stored in the freezer, thawed in fridge or over 2-3 hrs in room temperture — perfect for quick and easy lunchbox prep.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
