Our muffins are snack sized at approximately 50g — specially designed to be the perfect lunchbox portion for little ones. Not too big, not too filling, and they fit neatly next to their sandwich.

This is the same size we use in childcare centres across the Illawarra — proven to be just right for kids aged 1 to 8! 🧁

Our muffins are designed for children aged 1 and up. They have a soft texture, gentle flavours and are the perfect snack size for little ones.

Our muffins are made by Kye — our head chef and co-founder. Kye has a fine dining background having cooked for Business Class Airline and 5 Star Hotel Chains.

He now puts that same passion and skill into making wholesome muffins for families across the Illawarra. Every batch is made fresh and baked with love in our kitchen in Shellharbour. 💛

Yes! Our muffins are already served in childcare centres as part of our catering service. They comply with Australian Dietary Guidelines and the Munch & Move program.

Zero preservatives. Every muffin is made with real whole food ingredients — no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives of any kind.

What you see on the ingredient list is exactly what goes in. Nothing more, nothing less. 💛

Our muffins are made in our kitchen in Shellharbour with careful attention to allergy safety. We do not use dairy, nuts, eggs or soy in our recipes.

Your muffins arrive chilled and vacuum sealed — ready to eat straight away or freeze for up to 12 months.

Once opened store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.

No microwave needed! Your muffins arrive chilled and ready to eat.

If frozen, just move to the fridge the night before — or pop straight into the lunchbox in the morning and they'll thaw naturally in 2–3 hours. Perfect by lunchtime! 🎒

• On arrival — eat within 3 days from fridge OR freeze immediately for up to 12 months
• From frozen — move to fridge the night before or thaw in lunchbox
• Once opened — store in an airtight container in freezer for up to 2 months

We recommend not refreezing once fully thawed. For best results take out only what you need each day and keep the rest frozen until ready to use. 💛

Vacuum sealing locks in freshness and extends the shelf life of your muffins significantly — up to 12 months in the freezer without any preservatives.

It also protects the muffins during delivery and keeps them perfectly chilled until they reach your door. 💛

Every muffin pack is vacuum sealed and delivered chilled in an insulated delivery bag with ice packs to maintain the cold chain during transit.

Each pack also includes a branded insert card with storage and thawing instructions. 🧁

We are always looking at ways to reduce our environmental impact. Our insulated delivery bags can be reused or recycled.

We are continuously reviewing our packaging options as we grow. 💛

We deliver on Thursdays across the Wollongong and Illawarra area. Orders need to be placed by Tuesday to be included in that week's delivery.

We will message you on the morning of your delivery with an estimated time window. 😊

We recommend someone being home to receive your order as the muffins are delivered chilled and need to go straight into the fridge or freezer. The muffins can be left in a safe location for 2hrs before requiring refrigeration

We will message you 10 minutes before arrival so you are ready at the door! 💛

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order.

As our muffins are baked fresh to order we can only make changes before Tuesday each week. Once baking has started we are unable to make changes for that week's delivery. 💛

Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order — damaged packaging, incorrect items or quality concerns — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right. 💛

As our muffins are fresh food products we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
